Handling Managed Services SLA driven engagement Tools Experience - Jira & Xray, Playwright, Katalon Studio, Postman/Newman, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub, GitHub Copilot / Microsoft Copilot, SQL, API & Microservices Testing Strong expertise in Digital Banking, Payments, Lending, and Core Banking systems. Experience managing large-scale Agile and DevOps delivery programs. Strong understanding of Functional, API, Integration, Automation, UAT, and Performance testing. Hands-on experience with Jira, Xray, Azure DevOps, and Test Governance. Strong stakeholder and vendor management capabilities. Handle team size 40 to 60 team member from multiple location. Define and implement Enterprise QA and Test Strategy. Lead SIT, UAT, Automation, API, Integration, and NFR testing initiatives.
