Visit our careers site to learn more about how your moment matters at Cebu Pacific: Cebu Pacific Careers Site Primary Responsibilities: - Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital initiatives across multiple work streams and platforms. - Champion Agile and lean delivery practices, coaching teams and stakeholders in Agile values, frameworks, and ceremonies. - Coordinate delivery timelines, milestones, and risks across multiple squads and products within the digital portfolio. - Align solution delivery with enterprise architecture, business goals, and user outcomes. - Facilitate cross-team collaboration, remove blockers, and ensure resource alignment across initiatives. - Implement portfolio-level reporting and dashboards to provide transparency on progress, value, and capacity. - Monitor team velocity, lead retrospectives, and continuously improve delivery efficiency. - Ensure systems integration across digital platforms, enabling a seamless end-to-end customer and employee experience. - Act as a key liaison between Technical Leads, and Product Management team. - Drive the adoption of tools and practices that improve delivery predictability, visibility, and stakeholder engagement. Qualifications: - Must be a graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field. - Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist, PMI-ACP, or PMP with Agile focus are highly preferred. - Must have 5-10 years' of experience in IT program/project delivery in Agile or hybrid environments. - Proven delivery experience for enterprise solutions is a must. - Must have proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional digital transformation or systems consolidation programs. - Deep understanding of Agile (Scrum, and Kanban methodologies). - Experience in tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps and in SAFe methodology are an advantage. - Familiarity with enterprise systems integration, DevOps pipelines, and digital product lifecycles. - Experience working with business and technical stakeholders to drive roadmap alignment and delivery prioritization; especially on project management and delivery. - Exposure to both cloud-native and legacy systems is an advantage. - Training in Lean Portfolio Management or Agile Program/Release Train roles is an advantage. - Must have a valid work visa or legal authorization to work in the Philippines Why Join Us: - We are the first Great Place to Work ® certified airline in Southeast Asia. - We have been recognized as Best Employer Brand on LinkedIn for three consecutive years. - We are named among Philippines' Best Places to Work by BusinessWorld. - Be part of a forward-thinking team that values innovation and continuous improvement. - Play a key role in developing and nurturing the talents that drive our success. - Enjoy unique employee perks such as free travel for you and your family.
