Loc: Sta.Rosa 2, Marilao, Bulacan JD: 1. Provides strong support to the group by efficiently performing the work assigned by the HR Department and Chief Operating Officer or her representative, ensuring that he establishes harmonious relationship with different departments directly and indirectly working or connected with the transactions within the company. 2. Ensures that vehicle being used is properly maintained, clean and safe at all times. Registers the company vehicle on time without incurring any penalties for late registration and the like. 3. Follows the instructed time for servicing employees and preparation for receiving, preparing, and delivering products and/or bank transactions. 4. Ensures that all products received/delivered are accurately reflected on the transmittal Form or as instructed. Ensures the products contained in the packages are counterchecked before the actual delivery. 5. Remits necessary collection or any money-related transaction with necessary documents. 6. Double checks the complete delivery address, name of the client/contact person, contact number and the availability of the latter to receive the package on the estimated arrival of the delivery in the recipient’s premises. Checks all these details before leaving the office. 7. Ensures compliance with the accomplishment of required transaction details such as the product recipient, signature, date, checker, driver’s name, etc. which must be indicated in the Order Form (OF) / Transmittal/ Logbook. 8. Assists the Top Management employees or his designated representative (if requested) in servicing them. Safely transporting company staff as well as various products and materials to and from specified locations in a timely manner. Assisting with the loading and offloading of staff luggage, products, and materials. Adjusting travel routes to avoid traffic congestion or road construction. 9. Ensures the systematic and timely filing of all delivery department documents. All files should be properly labeled. 10. Helps in inculcating a positive work environment by exhibiting the values of teamwork, focus, dedication and accountability. Alerts Management on violations to our company’s code of conduct. 11. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned by manager or his/her representative. Pay: From Php700.00 per day Work Location: In person
