Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day delivery operations and ensure smooth workflow. Lead, motivate, and manage delivery teams and operational staff. Monitor delivery performance, productivity, and service quality. Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and business growth. Manage client relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction. Track KPIs and implement performance improvement initiatives. Coordinate with drivers, operations teams, and other departments. Ensure company policies, procedures, and service standards are followed. Identify operational challenges and provide effective solutions. Support revenue growth and cost-control initiatives. Requirements 5–7 years of management experience in a delivery services company. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven leadership and team-management abilities. Strong understanding of delivery/logistics operations. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Results-oriented with a focus on performance and growth.
