Delivery associate onboard and supply intern

Role Overview:

• We are looking for a proactive and organized Last Mile Intern to support our last-mile operations team in recruitment, onboarding, and delivery associate engagement.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Hiring : Support the recruitment and hiring process for Delivery Associates (DAs) and Pickers.
• Onboarding & Orientation: Assist with onboarding new hires and conducting orientation sessions to ensure a smooth joining experience.
• Candidate Follow-up: Contact candidates and follow up on their hiring and joining status.
• Exit Interviews: Contact former employees to understand their reasons for leaving and collect feedback.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate recruitment, onboarding, and exit records and share regular updates with the team.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
