Job Description POSITION AND MISSIONS Dealing Technology is responsible for the platforms used by trading tables for Natixis Investment Managers' affiliates as part of its financial services platform, both within the Natixis group and for external clients. Intermediation is a market activity consisting in receiving orders from management companies and transmitting them to financial markets (brokers, organised markets, execution platforms) as quickly and efficiently as possible on any traded asset class. This demanding activity requires responsiveness and efficiency from both systems and teams in order to process an order flow in near real time. The IT Dealing information system is built around the OMS Charles River, coupled with the main market execution platforms (TSOX, Tradeweb, Triton, FXAll, RFQ Hub, LiquidNet, etc.) as well as internal applications for receiving orders (web portal, FIX engine). In an ever-changing environment, we are increasingly integrating innovative technologies to optimize our performance, safety and processes. The field has about 12 employees divided into two teams: technical analysts (BA team) and technical experts/developers (Tech Team). It is within the Technology team composed of 5 people that you will join the domain in order to manage and coordinate the activity directly with the manager of the field. On a daily basis, your tasks include (but are not limited to): Manage the activity of the Technology team In collaboration with the other team leaders and the field manager, ensure the management of the team composed of MOE, technical experts, and integration project manager. You ensure the follow-up of team tasks according to the methodologies in force within the field and more generally within NIMOS IT, the coordination with other teams within and outside the field (architecture, application production...) and the tracking of suppliers across the entire application scope. You will be involved in the implementation of Agile governance, demonstrations, and various workshops. Participation in daily meetings to maintain constant contact with the professions for which the team operates. Participate in the development of projects in the field In collaboration with the other members of the team (MOE, MOA, Project Managers), you will participate in the development of new applications or the functional evolutions of applications already in production. You will also be required to work on certain decommissioning applications. You will be a driving force for improvement and innovation opportunities in the field, notably by exploiting the potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for flow optimization or process automation. You will take cybersecurity issues into account in technological decisions and developments, in collaboration with the dedicated teams. Keep applications operational: You will contribute, with the rest of the team, to implement and continuously improve processes in order to maximize tool availability and user satisfaction. You will collaborate with security teams for surveillance, incident response and continuous improvement of system protection measures in the field. In this context, you will be in contact with the business and the various IT teams at NIMOS, as well as the operational risk management teams, and with the teams from the Natixis-BPCE group responsible for technical infrastructure and application production. You will also be in coordination with the project team of the field within the framework of developments identified via the support channel and requiring the launch of a project. Architecture and monitoring of team skills: You will contribute, with the rest of the internal team to monitor and report on the technical and methodological skills needs of the field. You will organize the interviews of external consultants (providers) according to project needs. You will be involved in architectural discussions and propose improvements to new technologies on the market. You will conduct a strategic watch on advances in AI and cybersecurity applicable to our field, and assess their potential for adoption. You will transmit the AI and cybersecurity culture within the Tech team, encouraging the acquisition of new skills in these areas. Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience PROFILE Who are you? If you recognize yourself in the following description, you are made to work with us: Graduated. With a BAC+5 in engineering or university, you have 10 years of experience as a developer and possess the following skills: Development: Proficiency in C#, asp.net form, MVC, Angular, NodeJS, Web api, Soap, ETL SSIS, GIT Database: SQL Server, Sybase, Oracle, you master SQL Methodology: Mastery of the Agile method with a Scrum Master position to animate rituals and manage technical platforms. Business & Finance: Strong market finance culture (OMS, FIX protocol, real-time flow) and AI integration. Security: Mastery of cybersecurity principles and secure architectures. Soft skills: Autonomy, rigor, responsiveness, and excellent synthetic communication to convey the technical vision and collaborate with teams. You master English at a common level.
