In this role, you will help our clients transition away from manual, export-driven reporting (Excel/Power BI) to real-time, integrated Dayforce dashboards. You will work directly with cross-functional leadership—including Executive, HR, Payroll, and Operations teams—to translate complex business requirements into intuitive, role-tailored visualizations while ensuring strict data security and compliance. Key Responsibilities Discovery & Requirements Gathering: Lead structured discovery workshops with client stakeholders across Executive, HR, Payroll, and Management teams to define, prioritize, and document core KPIs and workforce metrics. Dashboard Design & Configuration: Build custom KPI widgets and role-based dashboards from scratch using Dayforce Dashboards Pro, leveraging underlying Dayforce data views and report writer assets. Security & Access Alignment: Configure and test Dayforce Security Roles to ensure appropriate, role-based data visibility (Executive, HR, Payroll, Manager) across shared dashboard platforms. Data Migration & Validation: Transition clients off legacy Excel and Power BI reporting onto native Dayforce environments; perform rigorous data reconciliation to ensure reporting accuracy. Testing & Go-Live Support: Execute end-to-end testing, role-based visibility validation, performance troubleshooting, defect remediation, and go-live deployment. Client Advisory & Adoption: Serve as a subject matter expert on Dayforce reporting best practices, developing enablement documentation and guiding user adoption strategies. Qualifications & Skills Required: Hands-on Dayforce Experience: Proven track record implementing Dayforce Dashboards Pro , including at least one full lifecycle project from discovery through deployment. Dayforce Data Model: Strong working knowledge of Dayforce data structures across Core HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management (WFM) modules. Security Role Architecture: Hands-on experience configuring and testing Dayforce Security Roles to enforce data scoping and privacy controls. Technical Proficiency: Experience building custom KPI widgets, utilizing Dayforce Report Writer, and leveraging underlying data views. Client-Facing Consulting: Demonstrated ability to lead discovery sessions, manage stakeholder expectations, and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical leaders. Preferred: Dayforce certifications relevant to Dashboards Pro, Security, or Reporting/Analytics. Experience migrating organizations off legacy Excel/Power BI reporting environments.
