You will work closely with IT Operations, Service Delivery teams, ServiceNow Administrators, and business stakeholders to deliver accurate reporting, KPI monitoring, and data-driven recommendations that support continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics scorecards . Analyze data from ServiceNow modules including: Incident Management Problem Management Change Management Service Request Management Asset Management (ITAM) CMDB Monitor and report on key operational metrics such as: SLA Compliance Incident Resolution Time Response Time Ticket Volume Trends Backlog Management Change Success Rates Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance checks to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into meaningful dashboards and reports. Identify trends, operational risks, and opportunities for process and service improvements. Prepare executive summaries, management reports, and performance presentations. Support operational reviews, audits, governance reporting, and compliance requirements. Maintain KPI definitions, reporting documentation, and data dictionaries. Recommend and support reporting automation and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field . 3+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or ServiceNow reporting environments. Hands-on experience with: ServiceNow Reporting ServiceNow Dashboards ServiceNow Performance Analytics Operational KPI Reporting Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel . Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to convert complex data into meaningful business insights and recommendations.
