Key Requirements: 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Information Security, Technology Risk, or Data Protection. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview DLP (requirements gathering, policy design, testing, and implementation). Strong skills in requirements gathering, gap analysis, UAT, stakeholder management, and project delivery . Ability to independently drive implementation projects and manage regional stakeholders. Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills. Experience in Banking / Financial Services environments is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: Gather and analyze business requirements for DLP initiatives. Support DLP policy design, testing, deployment, and optimization. Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions. Coordinate testing, documentation, and project deliverables. Work with security, risk, compliance, and business teams to ensure successful implementation.
