Manage Data Governance initiatives in line with business and regulatory requirements. Implement Data Governance capabilities, including Metadata Management, Data Quality, Business Glossary, Data Catalog, Data Lineage, and Data Privacy, using Informatica Axon and EDC. Perform data profiling, identify data quality issues, and implement corrective actions. Establish data management processes to improve data consistency, accessibility, and governance. Collaborate with stakeholders to promote a data-driven culture and ensure trusted data supports decision-making. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, or a related field. 12+ years of experience in Data Governance and Data Management. Strong knowledge of DAMA-DMBOK or other recognized Data Governance frameworks; CDMP is highly preferred. Hands-on experience with Informatica Axon and EDC, including Metadata Management, Data Quality, Business Glossary, Data Lineage, and Data Catalog. Experience implementing Data Governance, Metadata Management, and Data Catalog solutions. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
