# Data Engineer - Bank domain **Manpower** · Makati · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 7 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Snowflake-based data solutions, including data warehouses and data marts Build and optimize ELT pipelines using Snowflake features such as Tasks, Streams, Stored Procedures, and Snowpipe Ingest and transform data from multiple sources using cloud storage stages and Snowflake ingestion mechanisms Develop and maintain analytics-ready data models following dimensional modeling best practices Optimize performance and cost through query tuning, clustering strategies, and warehouse sizing Implement data security and governance using role-based access control, masking, and row-level policies Use Dataiku for data preparation, orchestration, and automation where applicable Develop and support data visualization and reporting solutions using tools such as Qlik and Power BI Apply programming skills in Python for data processing, automation, and pipeline development Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions Ensure data quality, reliability, and proper documentation across data pipelines and platforms Support CI/CD practices and version control for Snowflake development Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field 3–5+ years of experience in data development or data engineering roles Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, including advanced SQL, Tasks, Streams, Stored Procedures, and Snowpipe Solid experience designing and building ELT/data pipelines in cloud environments Strong understanding of data modeling concepts (star schema, dimensional modeling) Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure Good understanding of data security and access control, including role-based access control (RBAC) Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools such as Qlik or Power BI Working knowledge of Python for data processing, scripting, and automation Familiarity with version control and CI/CD practices (e.g., Git, Jenkins or similar tools) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and performance-tuning skills Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php90,000.00 per month Benefits: Promotion to permanent employee Work from home Experience: Data Engineer: 3 years (Required) Azure Cloud: 3 years (Preferred) Banking project: 1 year (Preferred) Data warehouse: 1 year (Preferred) Databricks: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Makati
