Experience working in a high-pressure environment with 24x7 on-call responsibilities Strong understanding of incident, problem and change management procedures based on ITIL best practices Experienced in supporting Data Centre vendors, out-sourcing vendors. Ability to quickly learn and effectively utilize in-house software. Demonstrate strong multitasking capabilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in-writing. Possesses a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to tasks. An analytical and inquiring mind to derive innovative solutions. Able to work both independently and collaboratively. Must have experience working in data centre operations in financial institutions. The Company's principal activity is manpower contracting services with other information technology and computer services.
