The Advisor will work directly with the Owner, Architect, MEP/Engineering, and EPC teams to help shape a resilient, cost-effective, and buildable project. Key Advisory Areas Overall AIDC / Data Center concept development, site planning, and program definition Power and electrical infrastructure strategy, including utility service, distribution, backup power, and redundancy topology Cooling and HVAC systems, including air-cooled and liquid cooling solutions for high-density AI workloads Key equipment selection and specification: generators, transformers, UPS, switchgear, and related mission-critical equipment Project budgeting, equipment selection, and supply chain considerations EPC / Design-Build / construction execution strategy, packaging, and risk management Practical insights from large-scale Data Center / AIDC project development and delivery Qualifications Demonstrated experience in the development, design, engineering, or delivery of large-scale Data Center / AI Data Center projects Strong working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems for mission-critical facilities Familiarity with liquid cooling, high-density IT deployment, and associated infrastructure is highly desirable Experience working with owners, architects, MEP engineers, EPC contractors, and equipment suppliers Ability to provide clear, actionable recommendations during early planning and design stages Prior involvement across the full project lifecycle, from concept through commissioning or operations, is an advantage Bilingual in Mandarin Pay: From $40.00 per hour Work Location: Remote
