The ideal candidate has experience in data center / IDC operations and asset management , with strong communication and organizational skills. Mandarin Chinese proficiency is highly preferred , as the role will involve communication with Chinese-speaking teams. Key Responsibilities Manage data center assets and inventory in accordance with company and customer requirements. Track asset movement, including equipment receiving, transfer, installation, and removal. Support data center warehouse and asset organization activities. Conduct regular asset inventory and maintain accurate asset records. Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and vendors on asset-related activities. Support equipment relocation and other data center operational activities. Respond to urgent operational requests and provide on-site support when needed. Identify and resolve asset management issues and support process improvements. Requirements 2+ years of relevant experience , preferably in data center / IDC operations or asset management. Experience with data center asset or warehouse management . Previous management or team coordination experience preferred. Familiarity with common data center equipment such as servers, network equipment, optical modules, and fiber. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Mandarin Chinese proficiency is highly preferred. Portuguese proficiency required; English is a plus. Associate degree or equivalent education and above preferred. Job Type: Full-time Pay: R$10,000.00 - R$15,000.00 per month Language: Mandarin / Chinese (Required) Portuguese (Required) Work Location: In person
