Data & AI Practice Lead – Belgium

Location: Brussels, Belgium

We are looking for a senior Data & AI Practice Lead to drive the growth, strategy and delivery of Data & AI services across Belgium and Benelux.

This is a senior leadership position combining technical expertise, client advisory, business development and practice-building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow a Data & AI practice, including team development and delivery capabilities.
• Advise enterprise clients on Data & AI strategy, transformation and modernisation.
• Drive client relationships, identify opportunities and support business growth.
• Oversee complex Data & AI programmes, ensuring successful delivery.
• Develop reusable solutions, governance frameworks and AI-enabled delivery capabilities.

Key Requirements:

• 15+ years' experience in Data & AI, including senior leadership positions.
• Proven experience building or scaling Data & AI teams or consulting practices.
• Strong technical understanding of Azure, Microsoft Fabric and Databricks.
• Experience delivering Data & AI transformation for banking, insurance or financial services clients.
• Strong commercial awareness, stakeholder management and client advisory skills.
• Fluent French or Dutch, alongside English.
