About Your New Job

• We are seeking a Data Insights and AI Manager to oversee end-to-end project management of DIAI initiatives in-country. This role will drive change management actions, shape and validate business insights, and deliver country-specific analysis for impactful decision-making. Acting as the primary point of reference for business stakeholders, you will partner cross-functionally both at country and group level to deploy DIAI initiatives to support country business priorities.

ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and mentor a team of senior and junior analysts organized pillars, ensuring high-quality outputs and timely delivery.
• Build internal capabilities across analytics, data storytelling, market understanding, and tool proficiency.
• Establish and manage DIAI capability in the country
• Orchestrate cross-functional support and alignment towards DIAI initiatives objectives
• Extract value from each of the DIAI initiatives
• Enable Visionary analytical Insight driven by capability development at local market level
• Ensure an advanced analytics approach is in place across organization
• Help establish data driven and AI-informed decision making
• Connect DIAI Corporate vision with country specific needs
• Help promote cross-functional, Corporate-Country relationships
• Partnering with business stakeholders, support Data Science and IT teams in data understanding and inventory
• Consulting for data acquisition initiatives
• Help embedding new DIAI driven processes and tools into organization
• Help establish a continuous improvement culture
• Understand CCH market CSR imperatives

Are These Your Secret Ingredients?

• 5+ years of experience in advanced analytics, business insights, and project management.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MSc or MBA is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Leadership & People Development – Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams while fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented culture.
• Advanced Analytics & Business Insights – Strong capability to analyze complex data and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.

• Project Management & Executive Communication – Experienced in managing projects and presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Business Acumen – Strong commercial mindset with confidence in interpreting data and driving business performance through fact-based decisions.
