Key Responsibilities Perform final validation and quality review of Preventive Maintenance (PM) reports before client submission Verify the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of report information Validate asset details, serial numbers, asset tags, warranty information, and other required data Review and organize supporting documents, photos, warranty files, and attachments Identify and resolve data discrepancies, duplicate records, missing information, and documentation issues Ensure reports comply with client requirements, project standards, and established workflows Format reports using approved templates and documentation standards Maintain validation trackers, audit trails, and report status records Coordinate with Validators, Field Engineers, Project Managers, and QA teams to clarify and correct report issues Monitor rejected reports and maintain a tracker for corrections and clarifications Maintain and update warranty file repositories and supporting documentation Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly validation and status reports Identify recurring data or documentation issues and recommend process improvements Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve report accuracy, quality, and turnaround time Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field Experience in data validation, quality assurance, reporting, documentation review, or operations support Proficient in Microsoft Excel , including data validation, formulas, filtering, sorting, PivotTables, and reporting Strong attention to detail and ability to identify data inconsistencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good documentation and organizational skills Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines Experience with asset, inventory, warranty, or preventive maintenance data is an advantage Pay: From Php22,000.00 per month Benefits: Opportunities for promotion Pay raise Promotion to permanent employee Application Question(s): Which Excel functions have you used—such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, IF formulas, COUNTIF, filters, or data validation?
