What You'll Do: - Aggregate and summarize large amounts of data into easily consumable information for business stakeholders through reporting and dashboarding - Performs Pendo specific data analysis including but not limited to user adoption, user segmentation, and product usage patterns - Performs basic and complex data analysis on both quantitative and qualitative data - Develop new datasets using SQL and/or BI tools by extracting data from primary and secondary data sources - Create, maintain, and enhance custom SQL queries - Develop and maintain Tableau and potentially PowerBi reporting and ensuring that all reports and dashboards developed are thoroughly validated for accuracy prior to distributing to stakeholders - Meet with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs/expectations and ensuring these requirements are documented - Monitor data quality on an ongoing basis - Assist in the automation of manual reporting to remove manual dependencies What You'll Bring: - Minimum 3-5 years of experience with Tableau Desktop development (Tableau Server functionality is a plus) - Minimum 3-5 year of experience with custom SQL queries - Strong proficiency with SQL and its variation among popular databases (i.e. SQL, BigQuery, Snowflake) with the ability of optimizing large, complicated SQL statements - Minimum 3 to 5 year of experience with Salesforce data - 5+ years’ experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work with a level of uncertainty in a newly established role - Experience using SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language) to ETL and analyze Salesforce objects is a strong plus - Strong command of the English language, including the ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing Purple Perks: - Medical and dental insurance - Generous PTO and observed holidays - 2 Paid VoluNteer Days per year - Employee Stock Purchase Program - Pension with company-contribution - Monthly grab & go onsite pantry allowance - Monthly internet allowance - De Minimis - monthly allowance - FuN-raising opportunities as part of our giving program - N-ablite Learning – custom learning experience as part of our investment in you - The Way We Work – hybrid working model of 2-3 days a week in-hub collaboration About N-able: At N-able, our mission is to protect businesses against evolving cyberthreats with an end-to-end cyber resilience platform to manage, secure, and recover.
