# Data Analyst (Logistic) **GLOBAL JET CARGO PHILIPPINES INC.** · Bulacan · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 9 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role - Operational Data Collection and Reporting Collect and consolidate end-to-end operational data from the distribution center, maintain accurate operational databases, validate and correct abnormal data, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports. - Performance Monitoring and Analysis Monitor all key operational performance indicators, analyze quality, productivity, operational efficiency, and cost-related data, and identify performance trends. - Business Performance Review Compare actual performance against historical data and operational targets, analyze root causes of performance gaps, identify operational bottlenecks, and provide recommendations for business improvement. - Reporting and Data Visualization Develop standardized and ad hoc reports using charts, dashboards, and visual analytics to effectively communicate operational performance and improvement outcomes. - Operational Improvement Support Provide analytical support for cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and quality enhancement initiatives. Track the effectiveness of corrective actions and continuously improve data collection methodologies and reporting standards. - Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate with various business units to provide data support, communicate data irregularities, and issue timely operational risk alerts to relevant stakeholders. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in any course. With at least 3 years of experience as Data Analyst. With experience in Logistic is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Excel is preferred. Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
