Reporting directly to the ICT Head , this position leads end-to-end process discovery, requirement engineering, system architecture mapping, and enterprise software enhancement. In addition to driving business process documentation (BPD, BRD, FRD, SRS), this role acts as the primary functional administrator and lead technical specialist for core enterprise platforms—specifically Oracle NetSuite . The Senior Business Analyst oversees workflow configuration, customization, basic automation scripting (SuiteScript / Google Apps Script), project execution, vendor evaluation, and user change management across all cross-functional departments. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES 1. Advanced Requirements Gathering & Enterprise Process Documentation Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate high-level discovery sessions, structured stakeholder interviews, focus group workshops, and direct operational observations (Gemba walks/desk tracking) across all business units. Process Mapping: Analyze, design, and maintain comprehensive "AS-IS" and "TO-BE" process flowcharts, value stream maps, and visual workflows to capture operational realities and eliminate inefficiencies. Requirements Engineering: Gather, evaluate, and formalize detailed functional and non-functional requirements. Core Documentation Delivery: Author, maintain, and sign off on key strategic and technical documentation: Business Process Documentation (BPD): SOPs, cross-functional flowcharts, and operational procedure manuals. Business Requirements Document (BRD): High-level business goals, project scope boundaries, ROI alignment, and success metrics. Functional Requirements Document (FRD): In-depth functional specifications, system behaviors, data validation rules, form customizations, and workflow logic. System Requirements Specification (SRS): Technical SRS documentation specifying system architecture, data mapping rules, database structural constraints, API contracts, and custom scripting parameters (SuiteScript / Google Apps Script). 2. Oracle NetSuite Functional Administration & Senior Support Serve as the senior escalation point (Tier 3 functional support) for enterprise Oracle NetSuite users across the organization. Direct the configuration of user preferences, custom roles/permissions, dynamic forms, saved searches, performance dashboards, and executive reporting. Analyze complex system anomalies, isolate root causes, and implement long-term functional resolutions. Coordinate major platform upgrades, feature releases, and patch deployments in collaboration with Oracle NetSuite vendor teams. Supervise the maintenance of master functional documentation and data architecture standards within NetSuite. 3. System Enhancement, Workflow Design & Scripting Architecture and development of complex automation workflows, custom fields, custom record types, approval routing, and validation rules in Oracle NetSuite and key business software. Write, debug, deploy, and maintain custom scripts (using SuiteScript , Google Apps Script , or equivalent JavaScript frameworks) for targeted system enhancements, task automation, and cross-platform integrations. Establish rigorous unit testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and sandbox validation protocols prior to moving custom scripts into production environments. 4. End-to-End ICT Project Coordination & Leadership Lead functional project streams for major system implementations, module add-ons, and cross-departmental software rollouts. Collaborate with key project stakeholders: business users, internal developers, external software consultants, and executive management. Build and manage project roadmaps, work breakdown structures (WBS), delivery milestones, and functional deliverable tracking. Facilitate go-live deployment plans, cutover activities, hypercare support, and post-implementation reviews. 5. Vendor Sourcing, Discovery & Management Vendor Discovery: Search for, identify, and benchmark top-tier enterprise software vendors, SaaS solutions, and IT service providers matching business specifications. Vendor Evaluation & Assessment: Conduct rigorous evaluations of prospective vendors using standardized grading matrices, compliance scorecards, ROI assessments, and security criteria. Vendor Oversight: Coordinate with third-party software partners and Oracle NetSuite service providers on functional enhancements, SLA adherence, open support ticket resolution, and scope management. Validate vendor deliverables against functional requirement contracts through rigorous functional and integration testing. 6. Change Management, Training & Continuous Improvement Design and deliver structured user orientation sessions, module-specific training modules, and administrative handoff workshops. Produce user manuals, quick reference guides (QRGs), interactive training guides, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Continuously monitor platform adoption, identify user pain points, and propose technology-driven process improvements. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & ELIGIBILITY Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field. Minimum of 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or ERP Specialist, with demonstrated progression into senior-level responsibilities. Proven experience in functional administration, setup, configuration, and support of Oracle NetSuite (SuiteSuccess, NetSuite OneWorld, or core NetSuite Financials/CRM/Supply Chain). Strong analytical capability in scoring RFPs, assessing third-party vendor solutions, and maintaining accountability. Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong capacity to translate complex business operations into precise technical requirements. Proven experience in functional administration, setup, configuration, and support of Oracle NetSuite (SuiteSuccess, NetSuite OneWorld, or core NetSuite Financials/CRM/Supply Chain).
