This role will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, and other teams to support data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities Collect data from different sources and ensure its accuracy and completeness. Clean, transform, and validate data for analysis and reporting. Develop and maintain datasets, databases, and data processes. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and business insights. Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations. Present findings using clear and easy-to-understand charts, graphs, and tables. Work with different teams to understand their data and reporting needs. Investigate and resolve data issues and discrepancies. Support data quality, governance, and documentation processes. Document data sources, calculations, and analytical processes. Communicate insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Continuously improve data processes, reporting, and analytical methods. Stay updated with analytics tools, technologies, and industry best practices Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field. With 3-5 in data analysis, data engineering, or business intelligence roles. Familiarity with SQL and database concepts. Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Superset). Skills and Competencies Basic programming knowledge in Python or R (preferred). Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of data warehousing concepts (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift). Experience in industries such as e-commerce, marketing, or finance is a plus.
