We are looking for a Data Analyst with 3 - 5 years of experience to support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate must have strong skills in Advanced Excel and Good Communication Skills . Employment Type: Full-time Immediate – 30 days joiners preferred. Role Overview: We are looking for a Data Analyst with 3 - 5 years of experience to support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate must have strong skills in Advanced Excel and Good Communication Skills. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and interpret datasets to generate insights. Build and maintain reports, dashboards , and visualizations . Use Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts, VLookup, HLookup) for data analysis. Automate reporting tasks using Macros is a plus. Collaborate with teams to deliver accurate and timely data outputs. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics , or related field. 3-5 years of relevant experience. Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel . Knowledge of Macros (advantage) . Good analytical and communication skills Banking/Insurance Background would be a plus.
