Data Analyst – Excel & SQL This position is ideal for someone who is highly skilled with Excel, comfortable working with SQL databases, and enjoys turning raw data into useful, accurate information that helps a business operate more efficiently. Minimum Qualification Requirements (Education/Experience): Bachelor’s degree in data analytics or Bachelor’s degree in science or mathematics and at least four (4) years of applicable data analytics experience. Responsibilities Collect, organize, clean, and analyze business data Build and maintain Excel spreadsheets, reports, and dashboards Use SQL to query, extract, and analyze data from databases Create recurring and ad-hoc reports for management Identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities within company data Combine information from multiple sources into clear, usable reports Improve existing spreadsheets and reporting processes Automate repetitive reporting and data-processing tasks where possible Verify data accuracy and troubleshoot discrepancies Work with management and other departments to understand reporting and data needs Qualifications Strong Microsoft Excel and Access skills Experience writing and working with SQL queries Comfortable working with large datasets Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to organize and interpret data Good problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to communicate findings clearly to people who may not have a technical background Able to work independently and manage multiple projects Preferred Skills Advanced Excel formulas and functions PivotTables and PivotCharts Power Query Power Pivot VBA or Excel automation Microsoft Power BI SQL Server Building dashboards and automated reports Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: Relevant: 5 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
