Analyze shipment performance, including RDD, NOA, Hit Rate, On-Time Delivery, Transit Time, Lead Time, delays, and exceptions. Identify shipment trends, anomalies, bottlenecks, and recurring issues; perform root-cause analysis and provide actionable insights. Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and advanced Excel reports for shipment monitoring, KPI tracking, and performance analysis. Integrate data from multiple sources and develop data models, visualizations, and automated reports using Power BI, Power Query, DAX, Excel, and other analytics tools. Provide data-driven recommendations to improve shipment performance, operational efficiency, and logistics processes. What we're looking for Experience in shipping, freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain is preferred. Strong data analysis skills Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH) and data automation. Strong Power BI skills (dashboard development, data modeling, DAX) and data visualization. Experience with ERP, TMS, WMS, shipping systems, or carrier portals is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, anomalies, root causes, and performance gaps. Ability to translate complex shipment data into meaningful insights, KPIs, dashboards, and actionable recommendations.
