The successful candidate will prepare reports, identify trends and patterns, and provide actionable insights to improve business performance. Responsibilities - Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources. - Prepare accurate and timely reports, dashboards, and presentations. - Monitor and analyze sales, operations, inventory, marketing, and other business data. - Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. - Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and data records. - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness. - Generate regular and ad hoc reports for Management and different departments. - Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support business decisions. - Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). - Assist departments in analyzing their performance and identifying opportunities for improvement. - Collaborate with different teams to understand data requirements and reporting needs. - Perform other related duties as assigned by Management. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. - At least 1–2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related position is preferred. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis tools. - Experience with data visualization and reporting tools is an advantage. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to interpret and present data in a clear and understandable manner. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with different departments. - Fresh graduates with strong analytical and Excel skills are welcome to apply.
