Execution of Core Processes HCP Universe List clean up and updating SF HCP Target List processing (new HCPs, quarterly MCCP) (37D) Sampling program encoding, monitoring and reporting (1.5D) 2. SFE KPI Reporting & Dashboard data preparation/validation (5.5D) Local MCCP reports Local MOR dashboard Client reports Regional PowerBI dashboard reports 3. CRM Data Maintenance (5D) Account enrollment Update Veeva CRM loading templates (user enrollment, product mapping, business hierarchies) Active directory updates 4.
