Responsibilities Collect, clean, and analyze data from sales, operations, inventory, and financial systems Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs (sales performance, demand trends, production efficiency) Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue growth Support forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Management teams to define data needs Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, IT, or related field 1–3 years of experience in data analysis (FMCG or manufacturing is a plus) Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and ability to communicate insights clearly
