Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools. Perform SQL queries and database analysis to generate business insights. Identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and KPIs to support decision-making. Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable recommendations. Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and developers to ensure data accuracy and relevance. Maintain data quality, integrity, documentation, and compliance with company standards. Support performance monitoring and data-driven business initiatives. Provide guidance to junior analysts when necessary. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field. At least 3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles. Proficient in SQL and database querying . Proficient in Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar data visualization tools . Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Detail-oriented with strong data validation and interpretation skills. Experience with complex datasets and mentoring junior analysts is an advantage. Relevant data analytics or business intelligence certifications are an advantage.
