This role ensures accurate reporting, performance tracking, and process optimization for Outright, Concession, and Online channels. The position works closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Customer Development Operations teams to provide actionable insights, improve sales forecasting, and enhance the overall effectiveness of sales initiatives. The role also involves developing and maintaining automation tools using Google Apps Script to streamline data processing and reporting across departments. ● Sales Data Management & Reporting 1. Consolidate and maintain sales databases across all channels (Outright, Concession, and Online). 2. Generate regular and ad hoc sales performance reports for management and sales teams. 3. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data encoding, validation, and reconciliation. 4. Encode approved trade promotions, discounts, and price updates into the system in coordination with the Trade Marketing and Sales teams 5. Develop automated dashboards or trackers to streamline sales performance monitoring. ● Performance Analysis & Insights 1. Analyze sales trends, channel performance, and product category contributions. 2. Evaluate the effectiveness of trade programs, pricing strategies, and promotions. 3. Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities to improve sales performance and profitability. 4. Provide data-driven recommendations to support business decisions and target setting. ● Sales Planning & Forecasting 1. Assist in sales forecasting and target-setting exercises in coordination with Account Managers and Sales Heads. 2. Monitor actual sales versus forecast and highlight variances with clear explanations. 3. Support the preparation of annual and monthly business reviews with accurate sales projections and performance summaries. ● Process Improvement & System Support 1. Streamline reporting processes and recommend automation or efficiency improvements. 2. Support system enhancements and ensure data integrity. 3. Develop and maintain automated workflows and forms using Google Apps Script to support HR, Petty Cash, and Admin operations. 4. Develop standard templates and tools for consistent sales reporting and monitoring. ● Coordination & Collaboration 1. Collaborate with Customer Development Operations,Accounting, and Finance teams to align sales reports and metrics. 2. Coordinate with Supply Chain and Inventory teams to reconcile sales and stock movement data. 3. Provide analytical support for Joint Business Agreements (JBAs), promotions, and account performance reviews.
