# Data Analyst **Golden Point Auto Care** · Cavite City · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 5 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role WE'RE HIRING: DATA ANALYST Carmax Auto Center Location: Carmona, Cavite We are looking for a Data Analyst who can help us build Carmax's management data and reporting system—from organizing our existing data to creating automated dashboards that give management daily visibility of our operations. This is more than a reporting role. We need someone who can turn data into insights and identify trends, bottlenecks, performance gaps, and areas that require management attention. WHAT YOU'LL DO Build and maintain Looker Studio dashboards integrating data from Acquisition, Marketing, Sales, AR, and Warranty Organize, clean, and standardize our existing Excel & Google Sheets systems Establish reliable data sources and KPI definitions across departments Connect and automate data flows to reduce manual reporting Monitor performance against targets and identify trends, anomalies, and bottlenecks Conduct funnel, variance, and root-cause analysis Translate data into clear, actionable business insights Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency MINIMUM TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS Must Have: Advanced Google Sheets & Excel skills Hands-on experience building and maintaining Looker Studio dashboards Ability to clean, structure, connect, and automate data for management reporting Understanding of data relationships, unique IDs, master data, and data consistency Strong understanding of KPIs, funnels, trends, and variance analysis Ability to identify problems in data and investigate their root causes Ability to explain analytical findings clearly to management Plus Points: SQL / BigQuery Google Apps Script API integration Meta/Facebook Ads data CRM data Python Experience in automotive, retail, sales, marketing, or operations analytics Advanced SQL, BigQuery, and Python are not required for the role. THE PERSON WE'RE LOOKING FOR We want someone who can look at the numbers and ask: What is happening? Why is it happening? Where is the bottleneck? What data are we missing? What should management investigate next? You should be comfortable taking messy, disconnected data and turning it into a reliable system that management can use to make decisions.
