This role is primarily responsible for entering, reviewing, organizing, and analyzing information within our CRM systems, especially Salesforce. This is a good opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, understands how CRM platforms operate, and can ensure that information remains complete, accurate, and useful to the business. Key Responsibilities Enter and update customer, lead, project, and operational data in Salesforce. Review CRM records for accuracy, completeness, and duplication. Clean, organize, and maintain large sets of CRM data. Create routine reports, dashboards, and data summaries. Track missing information and follow up with internal team members. Support users with basic Salesforce questions and data-related issues. Import and export data using Excel, CSV files, and Salesforce tools. Identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities to improve data quality. Document CRM processes and help improve internal workflows. Maintain confidentiality and follow company data-security procedures. Required Qualifications Previous experience working with Salesforce is required. Experience with CRM data entry, CRM administration, reporting, or data analysis. Strong Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Comfortable working with large amounts of information. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Good written and spoken English. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce certification or formal Salesforce training. Experience creating Salesforce reports and dashboards. Knowledge of data imports, exports, field mapping, and duplicate management. Experience with healthcare, clinical research, technology, or call-center operations. Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science, data analytics, or a related field. Ideal Candidate You do not need to be a software developer. We are looking for someone who understands Salesforce, is highly accurate, enjoys organizing information, and can turn CRM data into useful reports and insights.
