Data Analyst

About Us:

Citifuel is a company that provides a full range of services in the trucking industry.

Our solutions include fuel cards, fleet support, and maintenance services. We focus on delivering reliable, efficient, and comprehensive operational support to our clients, helping them optimize costs and keep their fleets running smoothly.

The Customer Service department manages the full client lifecycle and related operational processes. These processes are spread across CRM, operational systems and support tickets. We are looking for an analyst who will dive deep into the department's work and build a metrics architecture: from definition to data mart and dashboard.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Build, maintain, and update recurring reports, including:
• Sales performance reports
• Actual results vs. KPI targets
• Pipeline conversion reports
• Lead and opportunity tracking
• Loss reason analysis
• Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting cycles for management.
• Track individual and team performance, including Sales Representatives and Supervisors.
• Maintain and improve CRM dashboards and reporting tools.

Analytics & Business Insights

• Assist in analyzing sales performance trends and conversion metrics.
• Identify gaps, anomalies, and improvement opportunities within the sales funnel.
• Support ad hoc analytical requests from Sales Leadership, including:
• Cohort analysis
• Lead source effectiveness
• Sales activation performance
• Pipeline health analysis
• Provide recommendations based on data findings.

Professional Skills -

Strong SQL (complex queries, procedures); experience designing metrics and data marts; hands-on experience with BI tools; ability to analyze business processes and CRM data; fluent Russian and English
