The role helps ensure that management and stakeholders are provided with accurate, timely, and relevant data insights for monitoring performance, identifying trends, and supporting strategic initiatives. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to generate reports. - Develop dashboards and data visualization tools to present actionable insights. - Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular updates to stakeholders. - Coordinate with other departments to identify data requirements and support data quality improvement. - Support the preparation of periodic and ad hoc reports for management. - Conduct trend analysis to identify opportunities and risks. - Assist in the development and enhancement of data collection and reporting processes. - Ensure compliance with data security and confidentiality standards. - Perform other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the immediate superior and/or management from time to time. JOB QUALIFICATION - Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or any related field. - Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or similar software. - Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent is an advantage. - Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Must have good communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly. - Must have high attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. - Must be able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
