In this role, you will harness your analytical expertise to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. You will work across various business units, leveraging advanced data analytics tools and visualization platforms to support operational excellence and business growth. Your proactive approach and technical proficiency will empower teams to optimize processes, enhance reporting accuracy, and uncover new opportunities for value creation. Duties Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL, R, Python, and other data analytics tools to identify trends and patterns. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports utilizing Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and other visualization platforms to communicate insights effectively. Design and implement data models and databases with expertise in database design principles, SQL databases, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and ETL processes. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform analysis, and translate needs into technical specifications for reporting solutions. Conduct software development lifecycle (SDLC) analysis for data projects ensuring quality control, testing, deployment, and documentation. Automate data workflows using scripting languages such as Bash (Unix shell), VBA, and Talend to streamline data processing tasks. Support data governance initiatives by managing linked data sources, ensuring data integrity, security protocols, and compliance standards are met. Skills Proficiency in data visualization tools including Tableau, Power BI, Looker; strong ability to develop compelling dashboards. Extensive experience with SQL query management, database design, and data modeling techniques. Knowledge of ETL processes for extracting, transforming, and loading data efficiently across systems. Programming skills in R and Python for statistical analysis and advanced analytics projects. Familiarity with software development lifecycle analysis (SDLC) principles applied to data projects. Ability to analyze requirements thoroughly and translate them into technical solutions aligned with business goals. Strong understanding of business intelligence concepts combined with excellent analysis skills to interpret complex datasets effectively. Experience working within Agile project management environments; capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Skilled in Excel data analysis techniques including pivot tables, macros, VBA scripting; adept at reporting and dashboarding tools like Visio for process mapping. Knowledge of linked data concepts for integrating diverse datasets; experience with Oracle databases is a plus.
