Key Responsibilities: - Requirements Gathering & Design: Liaise with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specs. Advise clients on system design options and HRIS best practices. - Configuration & Data Migration: Configure and test modules to meet client requirements. Perform or support data migration activities as required. - Client Engagement: Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs for client review. Collect and process feedback to drive system changes. - Training & Documentation: Deliver end-user training on different modules. Prepare BRDs, training materials, and all project documentation. - Post-Go-Live Support: Resolve post-implementation issues within agreed SLAs. Implement minor enhancements based on client feedback. Functional Competency: - Requirement Gathering: Documents clear business needs during workshops with moderate guidance. - F unctional Expertise: Configuring and troubleshooting with growing confidence. Requirements - Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution. - 2–4 years of HRIS Implementation / Support / End User experience. - Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT. - Strong communication, problem-solving, and self-management skills. - Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors Certification (required).
