Key Responsibilities - Implement, configure and maintain enterprise cybersecurity solutions. - Perform deployment, testing, troubleshooting and system health checks. - Monitor and investigate security alerts, events and technical issues. - Perform security configuration, hardening and remediation activities. - Support incident investigation and technical resolution. - Provide onsite and remote technical support when required. - Prepare configuration, testing, troubleshooting and technical documentation. - Coordinate with internal teams, customers, principals and technology partners. - Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Requirements - Relevant experience in cybersecurity, network security or enterprise security solutions. - Hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred: NGFW, Managed Web Security / Web Security, NDR, SOC, SIEM / Security Monitoring, Network & Endpoint Security. - Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH or equivalent are highly desirable. - Principal/vendor technical certifications in firewall, network security, NDR, SOC or related security technologies are an advantage. - Strong troubleshooting and networking fundamentals. - Willing to provide onsite support in Putrajaya when required Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
