# Customer Success Specialist – Juniorlogs **Mace IT Services** · Auckland City, Auckland · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Auckland office or remote (New Zealand-based applicants only) NZ business hours | Full-time Love early childhood education, love helping people, and get a buzz from the technical side of things? This role brings all three together. About us and the role Juniorlogs is a fast-growing Student Management System (SMS) built for early childhood education (ECE) providers across Aotearoa New Zealand and beyond. From enrolments and attendance to bookings, rostering, timesheets, invoicing and payments, Juniorlogs brings everything a centre or home-based service needs into one place. That means less time on admin for managers and teachers, and more time for what matters most — tamariki and their whānau. We're looking for someone who understands the day-to-day reality of ECE, has strong customer service experience, and enjoys both the people side and the technical side of software. You'll own your patch end-to-end, work largely independently — from our Auckland office or remotely, whichever suits you best — and become a true champion of Juniorlogs and the centres who use it. This role is open to New Zealand-based applicants only, and you'll need the right to work in New Zealand. Fluent English is essential. Shortlisted candidates will be asked to share a short video about their support, onboarding and demo experience. What you'll do Customer support and success - Provide warm, high-quality email and phone support, owning every issue through to resolution - Be the trusted, go-to contact for centre managers, kaiako / teachers and administrators - Use your ECE knowledge to understand what a service really needs — from licensing and ratio requirements to attendance, funding and whānau / family communication Client onboarding, training and demos - Lead new client onboarding, setup and configuration from start to finish - Demo the platform live to prospective and existing clients, tailoring each demo to what matters most to them - Run ongoing training sessions and live webinars, and help centres get full value from every feature Documentation and content - Create and maintain help guides, FAQs, knowledge-base articles and how-to videos - Keep improving self-service resources so centres can find answers quickly on their own Testing and product collaboration - Help with functional testing and QA, and support the growth of automated testing as we scale - Gather and organise customer feedback, and bring the voice of the ECE sector into product planning What you'll bring Must-haves - Strong customer service experience — you're patient, kind and clear, even with a nervous first-time user - ECE knowledge and hands-on experience, whether as a kaiako / teacher, centre manager, administrator or in a support role within the sector - A love of technology and a curiosity about how things work — you enjoy getting into the detail of software and solving problems - Genuine enjoyment of working with people, and the ability to build trusted relationships quickly - A track record of taking ownership and getting things done without needing to be chased - Comfort working remotely and independently — self-motivated, organised and confident making judgement calls - Confidence presenting and demoing live, to one person or a room full of kaiako - A detail-oriented approach that balances support, training and testing without dropping the ball Strongly preferred - Experience using or supporting a Student Management System (SMS) or similar ECE software, ideally in a SaaS support, onboarding or training role Bonus points - Canva (graphics, guides, marketing assets) - WordPress - Marketing tools such as email marketing, CRM and automation How to apply Please send your CV / résumé, plus a short video (2–3 minutes) introducing yourself and covering: 1. Your experience in early childhood education and providing customer or SaaS support 2. Your experience with client onboarding, training and running live product demos 3. Why you'd thrive working independently, and why you'd be a great fit for this role We'd love to hear from you. Find out more about us at juniorlogs.co.nz. Job Types: Full-time, Freelance, Temp to perm, Permanent, Graduate Contract length: 12 months Application Question(s): - Experience in ECE/Childcare sector - Experience working with SMS or any complex SaaS software - Expected hourly rate if applying as a freelancer from outside New Zealand - Expected annual salary if you have valid New Zealand work permit/residency or citizenship Work Location: Hybrid remote in Auckland City, Auckland
