This role combines customer relationship management, product development and project coordination , working closely with our R&D, Packaging, QA, Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams to ensure successful project delivery and long-term customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day relationships with key customers and understand their product, business and development needs . - Coordinate customer briefs and work with internal teams throughout product development, sampling and mass production . - Track project timelines, quality, costs and key issues, ensuring projects are delivered according to customer expectations. - Identify customer feedback, market trends and new product opportunities, and communicate them to Sales, R&D and Marketing teams. - Coordinate customer issues and follow up with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution and continuous improvement. Requirements - 5+ years of experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, FMCG, OEM/ODM, Packaging, Product Development or related industries. - Experience in Customer Success, Key Account Management, Project Management, Product Development or Technical Sales is preferred. - Good understanding of cosmetics products and the OEM/ODM product development process . - Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills, with good attention to detail. - Fluent business English ; experience working with international customers or beauty brands is a plus.
