This role is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, manages details well, and enjoys supporting clients. Responsibilities - Client Onboarding — Guide clients through setup, expectations, and workflow. - Weekly Updates — Provide structured progress reports. - Expectation Management — Ensure clients understand timelines and deliverables. - Issue Resolution — Handle concerns and escalate when needed. - Team Coordination — Work with Reverse Recruiters, Coaches, and Operations. - CRM Management — Maintain accurate client records.
