# Customer Success Manager **Hozah** · London CR0 · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 5 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Hozah takes the hassle out of parking. Our ANPR cameras, kiosks and Autopay technology run 150+ UK car parks for shopping centres, landlords and operators, so hundreds of thousands of drivers can park and pay without thinking about it. We’re PayTech Company of the Year, a Deloitte UK Fast 50 company and VC/PE-backed. Technology in the real world takes a beating. Cameras face the weather, kiosks face the public, and our clients face questions from tenants, shoppers and their bosses. They need one person at Hozah who knows their sites, watches how they perform and tells them straight what’s happening and what we’re doing about it. That’s you. The Role You’ll own the operational health of a portfolio of client accounts: the shopping centres and asset managers whose car parks we run. You’ll work as a partner to our Key Account Managers: they lead the commercial relationship and growth; you lead everything operational. Together, you keep sites running well and clients happy. You won’t fix things yourself. When something isn’t right, you work out what’s going on, direct the right team to solve it, whether that’s TechOps or Estates Management, and hold them to it. Then you tell the client, in plain English, what happened and what we’ve done. This isn’t a ticket-routing job and it isn’t sales support. You run the operational side of your accounts, and when you tell a client what’s happening on their site, it’s because you’ve looked at the data and know. What You’ll Do - Lead the operational side of your accounts in partnership with each Key Account Manager: own issues wherever they surface, find the root cause, and direct the right internal team to resolve them. - Watch how your sites perform, using our dashboards and reports to spot problems before the client does. - Spot recurring faults and drive them to a proper fix: turn the pattern into a clear case TechOps and Estates Management can act on, hold them to a timeline, and tell the client why it won’t happen again. - Run regular site and portfolio reviews with clients alongside the Key Account Manager: what the numbers say, what’s changed, what’s next. - Keep your sites earning what they should through tariff reviews and Autopay adoption, feeding the Key Account Manager the insight behind commercial conversations. - Take part in new site launches alongside our Implementation PM: canvassing tenants for permits, signing drivers up to Autopay, training centre teams on our tools. - Turn client asks into clear briefs our internal teams can act on, and hold them to delivery. - Make our support teams better: turn each solved issue into a runbook so it never escalates again. What We’re Looking For - A translator. You sit between clients who want a straight answer and technical teams who deal in detail, and give both sides something they can act on. No jargon, no over-promising, and always a clear next step. - A natural investigator. When a client says “it keeps failing,” you want to know which one and since when. You won’t be fixing it: you’ll pin down the symptoms, get the right team on it and see it through. - Confident directing people you don’t manage: you push, follow up and escalate without burning bridges. - Data driven. You want the numbers before you form an opinion, and you’re comfortable reading dashboards and reports. You won’t be building any of it: the data’s there, and so is a team to help. - Commercially aware. You spot when an ask is expensive, scope it before agreeing, and bring in your Key Account Manager when the conversation turns to money. - Calm, credible and plain-speaking, in person and on the phone, especially with clients who may be (briefly) frustrated. You stay level when the people around you aren’t, and you pick up the phone rather than hide behind email. - Happy in the field: staffing a launch stand, knocking on tenant doors, running a training session. - Experience owning client-facing problems to resolution, and coordinating the teams who fix them, somewhere operationally real: facilities, parking, property, logistics, service delivery. - No parking experience needed. We’ll teach you parking. What We Offer - Hybrid working: three days in our Croydon office, two remote, plus travel to client sites and launches. - A brand-new Customer Success function you’ll help shape from the start, reporting to the COO. - A front-row seat at a fast-growing company. Friendly office dogs included. How to apply: send a CV and a short note on a problem you refused to let go of. That story beats any cover letter. Pay: From £40,000.00 per year Benefits: - Company events - Discounted or free food - On-site parking - Transport links Application question(s): - Do you have the right to work in the UK? sponsorship is not available for this role - This role is hybrid, with three days a week in our Croydon office. Can you commit to that? - The role involves regular travel to client car parks and new site launches around the UK, sometimes for a full day on site. Are you comfortable with that? - How many years have you spent in a client-facing role where you owned operational problems through to resolution? - what are your salary expectations and notice period - Have you coordinated technical or field teams you didn't manage to fix client issues, including following up and escalating when deadlines slipped? - How often have you used dashboards or performance reports to spot problems and report on them to clients? Work Location: Hybrid remote in London CR0
