Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, prices, promotions, and store policies. Provide accurate and timely information to customers. Assist customers with orders, requests, reservations, and other transactions. Ensure orders and customer requests are properly recorded and coordinated with the appropriate department. Handle payments and transactions accurately when assigned. Receive and address customer complaints and concerns professionally. Resolve customer issues within the scope of authority or escalate them to the appropriate supervisor or manager. Follow up on unresolved concerns to ensure proper customer assistance. Maintain a positive and welcoming customer experience. Monitor customer needs and provide appropriate assistance. Gather customer feedback and report recurring concerns to management. Coordinate with kitchen, service crew, cashier, sales, and management teams regarding customer requests and concerns. Communicate important customer feedback or operational issues to the immediate supervisor. Maintain sufficient knowledge of the company's products, menu items, services, promotions, and policies. Explain product features, ingredients, prices, and promotions accurately when requested. Maintain accurate records of customer complaints, inquiries, feedback, and other relevant transactions.
