This full-time role combines front-line customer support with creative marketing and graphic design responsibilities. Ideal candidates are empathetic communicators who also bring strong visual design skills and a genuine interest in the firearms or outdoor industry. What You’ll Do Customer Service - Serve as a primary point of contact for online and nationwide customers regarding all company products - Handle order entry and order management (phone, email, and website) - Retrieve and return voicemail messages; answer and resolve customer service emails and inquiries - Process, track, and maintain retail sales, returns, and exchanges - Update and monitor order status; transfer calls to the appropriate personnel as needed - Relay customer questions, comments, and suggestions to the team Marketing & Graphic Design - Design high-impact graphics for social media, email campaigns, trade-show materials, and product packaging using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) - Write marketing copy, blog posts, and product descriptions that align with brand voice and industry advertising standards - Support promotional campaigns, maintain content calendars, and ensure consistent messaging across platforms - Organize and maintain the digital asset library (product photos, video clips, etc.) What We’re Looking For - Strong interpersonal and communication skills (phone, email, and in-person) with the ability to work effectively in a team environment - Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel; high attention to detail, organization, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities - Proven graphic design and marketing experience with a solid portfolio; proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and familiarity with digital marketing and social-media trends - Firearms, outdoor, or manufacturing background preferred; familiarity with firearms products, safety standards, and ATF advertising guidelines is a plus - Ability to write and spell English properly; good memory and thoroughness required - We will train on our proprietary software and processing systems Job Details - Employment type: Full-time - Location: Lake Barrington, IL - Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. - Pay: Competitive, based on experience Pay: From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: - Dental insurance - Health insurance - Paid time off - Vision insurance Work Location: In person
