You will be the key point of contact for customers on order-related matters, coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure orders, documentation and deliveries are handled accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day customer support and respond to enquiries on orders, deliveries and related matters. Manage the end-to-end order process , from order placement through fulfilment. Process and maintain Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO) and invoices accurately. Coordinate with internal departments to follow up on order status, delivery schedules and customer requirements . Work closely with the sales team to provide timely sales and order administration support . Resolve order discrepancies and follow up on issues to ensure a smooth customer experience. Maintain accurate customer and order records in the system. Support other sales and customer service activities as required. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Order Management or a related role. SAP HANA experience is a MUST. Good understanding of order processing and sales administration.
