BoutiqueGifts.co.uk is our mail-order personalised gift business. Located our our Mansfield site, we've invested heavily in the leading personalisation software, printers and engraving machinery. The website has seen considerable growth as we continue to design and expand our range of premium quality gifts manufactured inhouse. Our range of personalised gifts includes engraved pens, glassware, leather goods, soft toys and ceramics. Due to retirement, we have a requirement for a Customer Service Executive to support our marketing team of five people. On a daily basis, the successful applicant will be involved with the following: Duties Be the main contact for incoming phone calls from customers Respond to customer and supplier emails and resolve any issues promptly. Liaise with our Production team regarding any specific order requirements Assist Marketing with orders from other sales channels including Amazon and Etsy Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to constantly improve our service levels Learn new skills and support our Ecommerce Manager during quieter trading periods Pay: From £25,950.00 per year Benefits: Casual dress Company pension Employee discount Free parking On-site parking Private medical insurance Work Location: In person
