Bidaya Consultants is looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team in Dubai as Customer Service cum Sales Executives.

This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy interacting with customers, solving client queries, and working in sales. Candidates with experience in immigration or visa consultancy customer service are preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are also welcome to apply.

You will handle client inquiries, explain our immigration and visa services, support existing customers, follow up with prospective clients, and help convert inquiries into successful sales. The ideal candidate should be professional, confident, and comfortable balancing customer service responsibilities with sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-in consultations.
• Explain visa, immigration, and overseas employment services to clients.
• Assist existing clients with application updates, documentation queries, and service-related questions.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain good client relationships.
• Understand customer requirements and explain suitable services.
• Support lead conversion and work towards monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to provide timely customer support.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English .
• Malayalam or Punjabi language skills are an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service within the immigration or visa consultancy industry is preferred.
• Candidates with sales, telesales, or customer service experience are encouraged to apply.
• Freshers can also apply if they have strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Good customer-handling, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, including email, Excel, and CRM systems.
• Willingness to learn and work towards performance targets.
