They are currently looking to appoint a Customer Service Associate to support their After-Sales Service function . This position is highly customer-centric and will be responsible for managing client interactions, ensuring service standards are upheld, and supporting after-sales operations. Candidates with experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or premium customer service environments will be well-suited for this role.
