You will own the first 30 days of a UK company’s new customers — setup done right, expectations set, and nobody left wondering what happens next. A good fit if you enjoy guiding people through something new, like a clear checklist, and want a long-term career with a UK business from home in South Africa. Key responsibilities Run welcome and setup calls with new customers Guide customers through account configuration and first use Track onboarding progress and chase outstanding steps Prepare onboarding documentation and short how-to guides Hand completed accounts to the support or success team Gather feedback and flag common sticking points What you'll need Experience in onboarding, customer success, training or account support Confident running video calls and explaining things simply Experience with a CRM or customer platform Strong written and spoken English and a well-organised approach A reliable fibre connection, a working laptop and a quiet place to work Nice to have Experience onboarding customers onto a SaaS product Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Intercom or Notion Experience building templates or onboarding checklists What's on offer 100% remote — work from anywhere in South Africa Working hours of 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST), Monday to Friday Long-term placement with a stable UK employer Ongoing support from the Remote Recruitment team throughout your placement If this sounds like your kind of role, apply with your CV and we'll be in touch.
