Customer Experience Specialist - Copenhagen (Part-Time)
What to Expect Tesla is opening an exciting new location in the heart of Copenhagen, and we are building the team that will bring it to life. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the first-person customers see when they walk into our newest store. Your job is simple to describe yet endlessly rewarding to do: engage people, spark genuine interest, and guide them toward the next step in their Tesla journey. You will capture leads, book test drives, and create the kind of experiences that turn curious visitors into Tesla owners. This is a part-time role, a minimum of 20 hours per week across 3 days. The store runs 7 days a week, from 09:00 to 20:00, with peak hours between 12:00 and 18:00. Evenings and weekends are a core part of the schedule. This role is built for someone who thrives in that environment, whether you are a student, working a second job, or simply love a role with energy and variety. What You'll Do Proactively engage customers in store and at events, creating a warm and welcoming first impression of the Tesla brand. Identify sales opportunities and guide customers toward test drives, contributing to weekly store targets of FSD test drives. Capture and manage lead data accurately in Tesla's CRM systems, keeping customer profiles current and complete. Build genuine value for customers by understanding their needs, presenting our vehicles clearly, and communicating Tesla's unique ownership proposition. Execute lead capture strategies at events with energy and focus, maximizing engagement and conversion opportunities. Collaborate closely with the Sales and Delivery team to ensure a seamless customer journey from first contact to purchase. Always maintain Tesla's brand standards in presentation, attitude, and customer care. What You'll Bring A natural people person, you build rapport quickly and customers enjoy talking to you. Genuine enthusiasm for Tesla's mission and products. You do not need to be an engineer, but you do need to care. Availability to work evenings and weekends consistently. This is a firm requirement; no fixed weekday-only schedules. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple interactions in a fast-paced environment. Clear communicator in both Danish and English. Previous experience in field sales, event sales, retail, or hospitality is a plus.
