Working Days & Hours: Working Days: Monday to Sunday (5 working days per week with 2 rotational days off) Working Hours (Rotational Shifts): 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Key Responsibilities: Inbound Call Support: Handle a high volume of incoming calls from customers regarding products, services, orders, billing, troubleshooting, and general inquiries. Customer Assistance: Provide clear, accurate, and helpful responses. Strive for high customer satisfaction by resolving concerns or escalating issues when necessary. Product Knowledge: Offer knowledgeable and empathetic support. Provide product recommendations, assist with purchases, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues. Requirements: SPM / Diploma / Degree qualification (Fresh graduates) Proven experience in customer service, call center support, or a related field Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional, friendly tone Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude Positive attitude and strong interpersonal abilities Note: A probation period applies for this role Comprehensive training is provided to ensure you're fully equipped for the role Job Type: Full-time Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month Benefits: Opportunities for promotion Professional development Ability to commute/relocate: Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
