Customer Account Coordinator – Manufacturing & Distribution Pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Location: South Holland, IL – 100% onsite Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and paid holidays. Gurtler Industries is seeking an experienced Customer Account Coordinator – Manufacturing & Distribution to support business customers in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. **This is not a call-center or general consumer customer service position.** Candidates must have at least 2 years of direct B2B customer service experience supporting business/commercial customers and working with customer orders. What You Will Do: Enter and manage customer orders Track shipments and provide order-status updates Communicate product availability, delays, and order changes Coordinate with Sales, Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, Logistics, and Accounting Resolve order, shipment, inventory, and delivery issues Assist with returns, replacements, credits, invoices, and documentation Maintain accurate customer and order records What We Are Looking For: 2+ years of direct B2B customer service Experience with order entry and order follow-through Strong professional written and verbal communication Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Microsoft Office proficiency ERP/order-management system experience preferred * Experience in manufacturing, industrial distribution, wholesale, chemicals, building materials, or logistics is required. * Please note: Experience that is primarily retail, restaurant/hospitality, consumer call center, banking/collections, healthcare/patient service, or technical help desk does not meet the B2B experience requirement on its own.
